The Zoning Board of Adjustment can hear and decide appeals of Zoning Officer decisions, interpret the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance or Zoning Map, and hear and decide applications for development involving bulk and/or use variances. A variance is a deviation or exception from the Municipality’s Zoning Ordinance.
