About the Board
The Zoning Board of Adjustment can hear and decide applications for development involving both bulk (c) variances and/or use (d) variances, interpret the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance or Zoning Map, and hear and decide appeals of Zoning Officer decisions. A variance is a deviation or exception from the Municipality’s Zoning Ordinance.
