PERSONAL:
Denise Adams is a lifelong resident of Monroe Township.
Denise and her husband, George, are the proud parents of a two young men, Nick, and Lucas and share their home with their fur babies Jango, Maisy and Morgana.
Denise actively contributes to many community causes. She is an active volunteer for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a Family Support Advocate for the Dyspraxia Foundation, and a former board member of the Local Advisory Committee on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and actively supports animal welfare groups that promote the wellbeing and ethical treatment of animals.
PROFESSIONAL:
Denise earned a BS in Business Administration from Rowan University with dual minors in both HR and Marketing and went along to further earn a Master’s Degree in HRM from Thomas Edison University. As a dedicated professional, Denise has attained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification representing her ongoing dedication to staying at the forefront of HR best practices.
With a rich and diverse career in Business Administration in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Denise has been a steadfast force in shaping organizational success and fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence. She has dedicated over 30 years to being a trusted advisor to leadership teams while at the same time being a passionate advocate for employees.
