Denise Adams is a proud lifelong resident of Monroe Township. She and her husband have raised two sons in the community they love, and they share their home with their adopted furry friends who keep life fun and lively.

Giving back has always been a big part of Denise’s life. She is an active volunteer with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a Family Support Advocate for the Dyspraxia Foundation, and a former board member of the Local Advisory Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. She is also a strong supporter of animal welfare organizations and is passionate about ensuring animals are treated with care and compassion.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE & COMMUNITY COMMITMENT:

Denise earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rowan University, with minors in both Human Resources and Marketing, and later completed her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Thomas Edison University. She also holds the PHR® (Professional in Human Resources) certification, proving her dedication to professional excellence and ongoing continuous education.

With more than 30 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit organizations, Denise has built a career focused on putting people first. She is a trusted advisor to leadership teams and a strong advocate for employee and residents’ well-being.

Denise is deeply committed to serving her community and making sure the voices of Monroe Township residents are heard. She brings both professional expertise and a personal passion for helping others to everything she does, whether it is supporting a local cause, helping families navigate challenges, or standing up for what matters most to her neighbors.
