Deputy Municipal Court Administrator
POSITION DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
The Township of Monroe is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Deputy Municipal Court Administrator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing information and guidance to the staff, clients and court customers. Review and monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports, reconciling accounts and excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be motivated and detail-oriented. Comply with the New Jersey Rules of Court, Supreme Court directives, laws and established policies and procedures governing the operation of the Municipal Courts. Perform related duties as required. Must have at least (1) year of experience in work related to the administrative operation of a court, law enforcement agency, law office, or government agency, law office or government agency, including the preparation and/or processing of legal documents.
*Candidates who are not fully accredited must be willing to obtain conditional accreditation within 6 months of their appointment and full accreditation within 3 years.
*Special Skill Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred applicants who are able to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in Spanish and English
Residency Restriction preferred
Salary range: $40,556. -$61,105.
