Frank is mar­ried to his best friend Elaine, and has been a res­i­dent of Mon­roe Town­ship since 1988. He is employed as “Sales Man­ager / Appli­ca­tions Engi­neer” with an inter­na­tion­ally respected man­u­fac­turer of munic­i­pal and indus­trial water treat­ment sys­tems. In recog­ni­tion of his even-tempered lead­er­ship abil­ity, Frank was ele­vated to the Board of Direc­tors in his work­place in 2001. Frank is char­ac­ter­ized as an eth­i­cal, reserved, and empa­thetic indi­vid­ual with a pro­fes­sional demeanor, and a tena­cious work ethic.Education:

  • “Envi­ron­men­tal Engi­neer­ing” with a con­cen­tra­tion in “Gen­eral Chem­istry.” Frank earned a 3.8 GPA and made President’s List.
